In Saxony, 3,100 people are considered to be so-called Reich citizens. The Office for the Protection of the Constitution has compiled a list of what makes up the scene and how it operates.

The Saxon Office for the Protection of the Constitution has published a brochure on the activities of the "Reichsbürger". The material is intended to help readers classify this type of extremism, according to the State Office for the Protection of the Constitution. Recommendations are also given on how to behave in private or professional contact with the "Reichsbürger".

The brochure comprises more than 30 pages. Among other things, it presents the classic claims that supporters of the scene make about the existence of the Federal Republic of Germany and the applicable rules. It also shows fantasy ID cards used by "Reich Citizens" and provides information about the scene's affinity for weapons.
