Linus Rosenlöcher will be out for several weeks following knee surgery. He will therefore also miss the East derby in Halle.

FC Erzgebirge Aue will be without left-back Linus Rosenlöcher for several weeks. As the third division club announced on Thursday, the 23-year-old will undergo meniscus surgery following persistent knee pain. However, the club hope that he will be able to return to the team during the course of the season.

Aue coach Pavel Dotchev is now missing another player for the upcoming East derby at Hallescher FC alongside the injured Maximilian Thiel and Steffen Nkansah. The good news, however, is that midfielder Mirnes Pepic has returned to training and will most likely be back on the pitch for the game in Halle this Sunday (1.30pm/MagentaSport).
