The RB Leipzig women's soccer team is continuing to make changes for the new Bundesliga season. Andrea Norheim is the eleventh new signing. The 26-year-old Norwegian comes from Portuguese club Sporting Lisbon and has signed a contract until June 30, 2027, as the club announced.
The central defender won the Champions League, championship and cup with Olympique Lyon as a 17-year-old. She became Swedish champion with Pitea IF and champion in Denmark with HB Köge. She won the Supercup in Lisbon. In her childhood and youth, the Norwegian played with future world star Erling Haaland in her hometown of Bryne.
