For the 15th time, the Domowina - the Lusatian Sorbs' association - is inviting people to the folklore festival. Visitors can expect performances from dance and music groups - and not just from ensembles from Germany.

From Slovakia to Colombia: ensembles from ten different countries will be guests at this year's International Folklore Festival in Lusatia. In the three towns of Bautzen, Drachhausen and Crostwitz, visitors can expect music, dance and craftsmanship from all over the world from June 26 to 29. Traditionally, the festival starts with a parade - this is on June 26 in Bautzen.

The "Łužica - Łužyca - Lausitz" festival takes place every two years. For the first time, 1,995 amateurs from different countries came together for the folklore spectacle. It is hosted by Domowina - the Lusatian Sorbs Association.
