Accordingly, the proportion of foreign students at Saxony's universities in the winter semester 2022/23 is 17.6 percent - 0.4 percentage points more than in the previous year. Over the past ten years, the proportion has risen by more than 6 percentage points, he said. Most come from China, India and Austria.
