The city toilets in Leipzig are open around the clock. They cost 50 cents to use - you can pay with coins or an EC card. People with disabilities can open and use them free of charge in the usual way with the Europe-wide standardized Euro key. This only allows access to a limited group of people who are dependent on special facilities and equipment.
