Over the next few days, people will have to expect restrictions on the route from Dresden to Prague. The road surface and signs will be redone.

Several tunnels on the A17 towards Prague will be closed to traffic for two nights for repair work. The sections near Coschütz, Dölzschen and Altfranken are affected, according to the federal highway company Autobahn GmbH.

The closures are planned from Tuesday evening to Wednesday morning and from Thursday evening to Friday morning, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. in each case. A detour is planned via the Dresden-Gorbitz junction via Dresden-Südvorstadt back onto the A17.

Further obstructions on the route towards the Czech Republic will be caused by the closure of the Dresden-Prohlis slip road from Tuesday to Thursday. Signage will be renewed here from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm. The detour will also be via the Dresden-Südvorstadt junction.
