Two-match ban for Braunschweig defender Kurucay

Eintracht Braunschweig will have to do without defender Hasan Kurucay for two games in the relegation battle in the 2nd Bundesliga. The sports court of the German Football Association imposed a corresponding ban on the 26-year-old Turk on Monday because he was shown a red card in the 1-1 draw against Hertha BSC on Saturday. Kurucay will therefore also miss the 15th-placed team in the important relegation battle with Hansa Rostock on March 10.
