David Raum is hoping that RB Leipzig will quickly learn a lesson after another debacle against FC Bayern Munich. "They showed us what determination and cool-headedness are all about, what it means to stick to your plan even when you're behind," said the captain after the 5-1 defeat in the top match of the Bundesliga. "We all saw a prime example of conviction there."
Leipzig were convinced before the game that the 6-0 defeat in Munich on the first matchday would not be repeated in the second half of the season. And yet, after two encounters with Bayern, they have zero points and a whopping 1:11 goals in the statistics. They will meet again in Munich on February 11 in the DFB Cup.
