Amadou Haidara has extended his contract with Bundesliga club RB Leipzig ahead of schedule. As the club announced on Friday, the midfielder's new contract runs until 2026. The 26-year-old moved to Leipzig from Salzburg in January 2019. He has made 124 Bundesliga appearances for the Saxons to date. However, he will be absent against FSV Mainz 05 on Saturday (15:30/Sky) due to a yellow card suspension.
