Fluffy offspring at Chemnitz Zoo: visitors can watch little corsaks, also known as steppe foxes, on their first exploratory tours. The three cubs have been developing very well since their birth on April 1, as the zoo announced. For a few days now, they have been leaving their shelter more and more often and curiously exploring their enclosure.
The parents are taking care of the rearing together. In the first few weeks, the young are suckled, but begin to eat solid food after about a month. At around four to five months, they are finally fully grown.
