The dispute over access to all construction documents for the construction of a new prison in Zwickau has reached the courts. A regional court in Zwickau has ruled in a preliminary decision that the general planner is not obliged to hand over the server with the construction documents to the state, but must make the data available to the state via a new server. The contract with the server operating company may not be terminated until the final decision has been made. The XXL prison is to provide space for up to 820 prisoners and replace old prisons. | more
