Germany and Europe stumbled blindly into the new Middle East war. Long before the Hamas attack and immediately after the new government took office in Israel, US President Joe Biden warned against the escalation of the situation through further settlement policies. No further war, only the peaceful coexistence of two sovereign states of Israel and Palestine can be the solution.
