Bundesliga volleyball club Dresdner SC is pressing ahead with its squad planning and has signed Dutch diagonal attacker Rosa Entius. The 21-year-old moves to the Elbe from league rivals USC Münster and signs a one-year contract. The former junior international is the fourth new signing for the cup winners after her compatriot Jette Kuipers, setter Emma Grome and middle blocker Jacqui Armer (both USA).
"Rosa is a very interesting and young player who we were able to watch a lot last season. She will be a valuable asset for us in the all-important position of diagonal attack. I'm looking forward to working with her and seeing how far she will develop in training in the coming season," said DSC coach Alexander Waibl.
The 1.93m tall athlete from Warmenhuizen started her career at VV Dinto and played for Dutch first division club Friso Sneek from 2021 to 2024, with whom she won the league title twice and also the Super Cup. In the past season, she gained her first experience in the Bundesliga and faced DSC in the cup final with USC Münster. She now wants to take the next step in her career in Dresden alongside top scorer Marta Levinska.
