To mark the start of the current tourism and excursion season, there is a new timetable information service for visitors. At www.sachsenauskunft.de, the Saxon transport associations offer a joint platform for train and bus journeys in the Free State and beyond for arrivals and departures throughout Germany, as announced by the Ministry of Tourism. Tourists can use the website to view cultural and leisure destinations and public transport travel options at the same time.
