A black SUV has caused a serious accident on the A4 near Hohenstein-Ernstthal (Zwickau district) - and then fled the scene. The driver suddenly switched from the left to the middle lane in the morning between the Wüstenbrand junction and the Rabensteiner Wald parking lot, according to the police.

According to the report, another car was driving in the middle lane, the driver of which tried to swerve to the left to avoid a collision. The 61-year-old driver of a third car in the left-hand lane also swerved to the left - hitting the crash barrier and crashing into the second car.
