The Ministry of Economics wants to bundle responsibilities for state subsidies for heating replacement. In the future, it will be possible to apply for all heating subsidies at the state development bank KfW, the ministry told the German Press Agency. The Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (Bafa) will focus on the promotion of other efficiency measures in renovations.
So far, the federal funding for efficient buildings and thus also the heating subsidies in a Bafa location in the East Saxon Weißwasser processed. In the future the promotion is to take place approximately around renewable heating from a hand. All applications for the exchange of heatings in the federal promotion made starting from 1 January are then processed by the KfW.
Taxpayer takes over up to 70 per cent of the costs
From beginning of the year in the course of the heating law decided by the Bundestag also a new promotion system is to apply. The state takes over under certain conditions up to 70 per cent of the costs for a climaticfriendly heating. The maximum eligible costs are to be 30,000 euros for a single-family home. The maximum state subsidy is thus 21,000 euros.
