A 16-year-old boy was the victim of a robbery in Meusdorfer Park in Leipzig on Thursday evening. At around 10 p.m., an unknown offender attacked the teenager as he was walking through the park on Prager Straße.

According to police spokeswoman Britta Herlemann, the perpetrator then announced that he was armed, whereupon the victim handed over several valuables. The perpetrator is described as follows: around 1.70 to 1.75 meters tall, normal build, fully masked at the time of the crime and wearing a dark blue or black quilted jacket, black pants and black shoes.
