Following a series of sabotage attacks on the German power grid, the Federal Prosecutor's Office has taken over the investigation into the suspect. A spokeswoman said the Karlsruhe-based agency had taken over the case due to its particular significance. The magazine "Der Spiegel" had previously reported on the matter.
