Dynamo succeeded in the last test. The results from the winter break provide a tailwind for the mission to regain promotion.

Third division soccer club Dynamo Dresden won their final test match of the winter preparations 3-0 (2-0) against Czech first division side FK Pardubice. Stefan Kutschke (6th/22nd) put the home side ahead in front of around 700 spectators at the Walter Fritzsch Academy in Dresden on Sunday and then added to his tally. Tom Zimmerschied (67) completed the scoring in a match that was one-sided for long stretches.

After a successful dress rehearsal, SGD can take positive stock of the winter break. Wins over Pardubice and 1. FC Kaiserslautern (3-0) as well as a draw against 1. FC Magdeburg (2-2) should give the team a boost for the difficult mission of regaining promotion. Next Saturday (14:00/Magentasport), the Saxons will face SV Sandhausen at home.
