Assan Ouédraogo and Xaver Schlager have returned to training at RB Leipzig. However, neither was able to complete the full program. They have only completed parts of the training session. The 19-year-old Ouédraogo suffered a knee injury in November and made his comeback in mid-January. However, he had to leave the pitch again after an hour against Freiburg with the same injury and has been absent ever since.
The 28-year-old Schlager also started light training after recently suffering from adductor problems. The Austrian played his last game in the 2:2 draw against Borussia Dortmund in mid-February.
Goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi, who tore an inner ligament in his knee, will have to be a little more patient. The Hungarian has only trained individually so far. As has Kosta Nedeljkovic, who has back problems and has not yet played a game for RB this year.
