Rock singer Bryan Adams (64, "Summer of '69") is coming to Germany for several concerts. The Canadian will be stopping off in Düsseldorf (5.10.), Hamburg (6.10.), Frankfurt (8.10.), Stuttgart (9.10.) and Leipzig (10.10.) with his "So Happy It Hurts Tour" in October 2024, the organizer announced on Monday. "More than two hours of unbridled energy and total commitment" can be expected from the musician and his band. "All the hits" of his career will be played in the shows.
Adams, who also works successfully as a photographer, has indeed had a few hits. These included the cuddly catchy tune "(Everything I Do) I Do It for You" to Kevin Costner's box office hit "Robin Hood - King of Thieves", the radio classic "Summer of '69" and "Run To You". Adams is regarded above all as a master of melodic feel-good rock. In 2022, he released the album "So Happy It Hurts".
