Rocco Reitz has apparently agreed a transfer with RB Leipzig. According to Sky, the midfielder from Bundesliga club Borussia Mönchengladbach has agreed a contract with the Saxons until 2031. The 23-year-old is still under contract with Gladbach until 2028 and reportedly has a release clause. This is said to be around 25 million euros, but Leipzig would like to negotiate the price freely and pay less.
Reitz is set to take over from Xaver Schlager at Leipzig. The Austrian international had announced that he would not be renewing his contract.
