RB Leipzig travel to FC Augsburg with mixed feelings. Although the Saxons have not been beaten in 15 matches against the Fuggerstadt club, with nine wins and six draws, their last win at FCA was five years ago. "I can't remember a game in Augsburg ever being fun," said midfielder Xaver Schlager. Head coach Ole Werner, who is expecting an "intense game with lots of one-on-one duels" in the clash between the Bundesliga teams with the strongest duels at the moment, wants to see progress after the arduous victory against Hamburger SV.
"We want to develop even more dominance and when we're leading, we have to be even more dominant to decide the game. These are the next steps in our development," said the 37-year-old soccer coach ahead of the second-placed team's away game in Augsburg this Saturday (3.30pm/Sky).
