RB Leipzig's women's soccer team face a tough task in the round of 16 of the DFB Cup. The Bundesliga promoted side will have to face league rivals TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, according to the draw. The match in Kraichgau will take place on the weekend of November 25 and 26.
The Leipzig women had entered the round of the last 16 with a clear 7-0 victory over SV Weinberg. RB coach Saban Uzun would have preferred an easier opponent and a home game, but at the same time sets priorities: "Our focus is also fully on the league this season and every cup game is a bonus."
