Bundesliga club RB Leipzig are on the verge of signing their next attacking talent. The "Eindhovens Dagblad" reports that the club has largely reached an agreement with Ayodele Thomas from PSV Eindhoven. The 18-year-old left winger's contract expires in the summer.
According to Sky, negotiations are currently underway to see whether Thomas will move to Saxony for a small transfer fee in the winter. If no agreement is reached, the transfer will be completed in the summer on a free transfer. For the Saxons, the signing should be seen as an investment in the future anyway, as Thomas has not yet gained any professional experience.
Thomas caught the eye this season in the second team of the Dutch league leaders. In addition to Leipzig, he is also said to have been watched by VfB Stuttgart and Eintracht Frankfurt.
