The police are publicly searching with photos for 13 Hansa fans who allegedly attacked a cab with three opposing supporters on February 22 before the game between Hansa Rostock and Dynamo Dresden. The wanted persons belonged to a march of the Rostock fan scene and are said to have initially prevented the cab from continuing its journey, according to the police. Masked perpetrators then attacked the vehicle, whose intimidated driver opened the door lock with threats.
According to the police, the three fans of the visiting team were then physically attacked and robbed of their visible fan paraphernalia. In the course of the investigation, the criminal investigation department secured video footage, including images of 13 previously unknown suspects. By order of the Rostock district court, these images are now being used to search for the unknown suspects.
