Bayern Munich's Thomas Müller couldn't quite put his feelings into perspective after the last-minute shock at RB Leipzig and the postponed title party. "I feel like a champion, but we're not champions yet. It's such an in-between thing," said the former world champion on Sky after the spectacular 3:3 (0:2): "But we'll find out over the course of the evening how we sort out our feelings and then make it clear next week."
The attacking player remained tight-lipped about his future. "Walking into a full stadium, the green pitch, everything is shiny and then it starts, the modern gladiators - of course that has its appeal. We don't need to talk about that," said Müller. He is leaving the record champions after the season, but has not yet announced the continuation of his career. "Nobody has to worry about me," Müller emphasized.
