RB Leipzig’s Bundesliga women’s soccer team has announced its eleventh new signing. Nikée van Dijk is joining the club from Inter Milan and has signed a contract through 2028. Before her stint in Milan, the 23-year-old forward played for SC Heerenveen, OH Leuven, and FC Twente, with whom she won the Dutch championship in 2024–25. In the second half of last season, van Dijk was on loan to TSG Hoffenheim.
“Nikée brings an exciting all-around package to the team. She is a very fast and active forward who moves intelligently and is effective even with her back to the goal. We see great potential in her and would like to develop her further in a targeted manner in the coming years. At the same time, her international experience will help us become an even more dangerous team in front of the goal,” said Viola Odebrecht, Head of Women’s and Girls’ Soccer, in a club statement.
