The RB Leipzig women's soccer team is continuing its upheaval. With Frederike Kempe, Nina Räcke, Michela Croatto, Steffi Schmid and goalkeeper Eve Boetcher, a further five players will be leaving the Bundesliga club at the end of the season. This was announced by RB. The players will say goodbye this Sunday (14:00) before the season finale against Eintracht Frankfurt.
Katja Wienerroither, Josefine Schaller, Lydia Andrade, Vanessa Fudalla and Barbara Brecht will also say goodbye. This means that ten players alone will leave the club this summer. Five new signings have currently been confirmed. Persis Oteng (Tottenham Hotspur) was recently signed as a promising addition to the offense. Prior to that, RB secured the signatures of Maja Spilenberg (ETO FC Győr), Mirja Kropp (FSV Gütersloh), Rucy Grunenberg (RB Leipzig U20) and Annabel Schasching (SC Freiburg). In addition, Victoria Krug and Sandra Starke extended their contracts.
