From furniture to jewelry and fashion to toys, Saxony's creative scene is demonstrating its diversity with a new show of works at the Chemnitz Industrial Museum. On display are works by 130 cultural and artistic creators, the museum and the state association of cultural and creative industries announced on Tuesday. These include glass figures reminiscent of penguins by Carl Bens from Leipzig, baby and children's clothing made from organic fabrics by tuitui, modern Christmas pyramids by Schalling in the Erzgebirge region and bags made from old advertising banners by the Buntmacher*innen association in Chemnitz.

The Werkschau gives every two years at changing places insights into the work of the creative industries of Saxony. This year's show is scheduled to open on Thursday (March 30) and will be on display at the Industrial Museum until May 29.
