Florian Silbereisen (43) and Barbara Schöneberger (50) will present the Goldene Henne 2024 together. The media prize will be awarded on November 15 in Leipzig, as announced by Burda Verlag. It will be an anniversary gala at the Leipzig Trade Fair - the Goldene Henne will be awarded for the 30th time. MDR and the magazine "Super Illu" are behind the prize.
The Goldene Henne was originally created to honor East German artists. The organizers now see it as an all-German audience award. The name commemorates the GDR entertainer Helga "Henne" Hahnemann (1937-1991).
