Starting this coming weekend, commuters and travelers should expect service disruptions on the RB110 regional rail line from Leipzig via Grimma to Döbeln for about two weeks. According to Mitteldeutsche Regiobahn (MRB), the track operator DB InfraGo will be conducting construction work from Saturday, July 25, through August 10. The section between Leipzig Central Station and Borsdorf (Leipzig district) will be affected.
During this time, the transport of bicycles and e-scooters will be limited. Departure and arrival times will also change due to rail replacement service. Information is available at the train stations as well as on the websites of Deutsche Bahn and Mitteldeutsche Regiobahn.
