This was certainly not how he had imagined his journey: Federal police at Leipzig/Halle Airport removed a drunk passenger from an aircraft before the plane took off for Egypt. The 42-year-old had behaved aggressively on Sunday and was heavily intoxicated. The pilot therefore ordered the man off the plane, the federal police announced on Monday.
The passenger did not disembark voluntarily, however. Officers then escorted him off the plane. On the way to the police station, he then pushed a police officer against his upper body so that the officers brought him to the ground and handcuffed him.
