1:3 in Kaiserslautern: Harmless Dynamos start too late

Schreiber returns to the Dynamo goal

After the respective 2-1 victories at VfL Bochum and against Fortuna Düsseldorf, Stamm had recalled Tim Schreiber in goal for the injured Roman Grill. Nils Fröling replaced the ill Niklas Hauptmann in midfield.

However, the changes did not bear fruit, Dynamo played too cautiously and had to concede the lead through Naatan Skyttä after just 17 minutes. A second Lauter goal from Daniel Hanslik seven minutes later was taken back due to a handball. In a match that was not played at a high level, the Dynamos did not manage a single shot on goal in the first half.

After the break, Lautern captain Marlon Ritter scored in the 52nd minute and Mika Haas scored the supposed winner in the 70th minute after Skyttä had almost fooled the entire Dresden defence with his preparatory work.
