Ahead of arguably the most important game of the season, coach Marco Rose continues to have the backing of RB Leipzig's head coach. "We always talk about us. And we have a big game on Wednesday with a big goal ahead of us, to reach the cup final," said Leipzig's managing director of sport Marcel Schäfer after the 1-0 defeat in the Bundesliga at Borussia Mönchengladbach. Leipzig will play VfB Stuttgart in the semi-finals of the DFB Cup on Wednesday.
Schäfer was still angry after the defeat at Borussia Park. "We're disappointed because we didn't get the points. We were sloppy with our opportunities. That's clearly not enough," said the former international.
