Syntainics MBC Bring De Oliveira Back to the Bundesliga

The roster of Basketball-Bundesliga team Syntainics MBC is taking shape. The Saxony-Anhalt-based team has announced the signing of power forward Gabriel de Oliveira. The 28-year-old is returning to the Bundesliga from Harko Merlins Crailsheim in Pro A and has signed a one-year contract.

De Oliveira is no stranger to the Bundesliga. Between November 2020 and December 2022, he played for the Telekom Baskets Bonn and the Rostock Seawolves, averaging 2.5 points and 1.4 rebounds in 33 games.

Planicic Extends Contract Through 2028

In addition, Jure Planicic extended his contract early through mid-2028. With four weeks to go before training begins, Coach Vladimir Jovanovic’s team now comprises ten players. The point guard position and a spot in the frontcourt are still open.
