Third-division soccer club Hallescher FC messed up their dress rehearsal for the second half of the season starting next Saturday. They only managed a 1:1 (1:1) draw against regional league side Chemnitzer FC at the training camp in Belek on Friday. Dominik Baumann had already put HFC ahead in the first minute with a header from Julian Eischberger's cross. Chemnitz goal scorer Dejan Bozic was also successful with a header after 25 minutes. From then on, both teams had the occasional opportunity to decide the game, but the level was moderate.
Halle return to action on Saturday and prepare for their first game after the winter break against FC Ingolstadt.
