Police caught a driver in Freital (Saxon Switzerland-Eastern Ore Mountains district) with an unsecured baby on his lap. In addition, the 35-year-old did not have a driver's license and there was an unsecured dog in the passenger's footwell, according to the police. As the driver did not have a child seat with him, he had to abandon the car. He will now face several proceedings for administrative offenses.
