Two lottery players from Saxony and Thuringia narrowly missed out on winning millions in last Saturday's draw. The two players will receive around 921,000 euros for their six in the classic Lotto 6 out of 49, according to a lotto overview.
In order to hit the jackpot, the players from the two states were missing the correct super number, as were four other players nationwide. However, two players from Bavaria and one from North Rhine-Westphalia managed to do so: They will each receive around 4 million euros for their hits in the highest prize category.
