Design enthusiasts from all over the world can now take a look at the extensive work of Henry van de Velde (1863-1957) via a new online platform. More than 1,600 of his designs for bangles, teapots, furniture and more are included in the digital catalog raisonné, as announced by the Klassik Stiftung Weimar.
High-resolution photos and additional information on the objects themselves, but also on van de Velde and his many clients as well as other people in his circle can be found there. The directory is set to grow: around 700 further entries on furniture are to be added by 2027.
