The band Unheilig said goodbye to thousands of people in Cologne during their farewell tour in 2016 with their song "Der Vorhang fällt" - now they are returning to the stage with their original line-up. An album release is also planned for next year. Before that, the band will be performing in six German cities in December: Leipzig, Hamburg, Munich, Berlin, Cologne and Oberhausen.
The song "Geboren um zu leben" ("Born to Live") brought Unheilig their breakthrough in 2010. Before that, the band was only known in the gothic scene. The album "Große Freiheit" rocketed to number one in the German album charts 15 years ago and remained there for a long time. This was followed by awards such as the Echo, Bambi and Goldene Kamera.
However, a few years later, the Count, who does not officially reveal his real name or age, announced his retirement. He explained that he wanted to spend more time with his family.
