Saxony wants to give new impetus to the economy in the Free State. Economics Minister Dirk Panter (SPD) presented a "Future Package I" to this end. It bundles concrete plans to reduce bureaucracy, speed up start-ups and promote SMEs and skilled trades. Every stone is to be turned in order to abolish superfluous regulations, said the minister.
Economic development has also stagnated in Saxony in recent years, Panter emphasized. There was no positive trend in the number of jobs subject to social insurance contributions. The unemployment rate has a seven before the decimal point. Some people are of the opinion that we are already in a storm. However, not everything is bad.
