Werder Bremen are worried about Justin Njinmah ahead of the home game against RB Leipzig. The attacker has ankle problems and is in danger of being ruled out for Saturday's game (3.30pm/Sky). Should Njinmah not be fit in time, Marvin Ducksch and Oliver Burke will once again form the attacking duo for the Green-Whites.
Milos Veljkovic will also be missing. Although the veteran defender is back in team training, he is not yet a candidate for the squad after his long break. The Serbian will say goodbye before the final home game, as will Burke, Anthony Jung, Abed Nankishi, Andre Silva and Issa Kaboré.
Werder are still fighting to qualify for the European Cup. A defeat would put an end to the dream of international business. Even a draw would be too little given the poor goal difference.
