Syntainics MBC Signs Kostja Mushidi for Three Months

Basketball Bundesliga team Syntainics MBC has brought back Kostja Mushidi after a little over two and a half years. However, it will only be a brief reunion. The 28-year-old national team player, who played for Bundesliga rival Niners Chemnitz last season, signed a contract with MBC for only the next three months.

“We can be proud to have a current German national team player on our roster,” said MBC majority shareholder Christian Zeidler. Sports director Silvano Poropat emphasized: “Kostja will give us more depth in the backcourt and, thanks to his physicality, more impact. He’s a player with a lot of offensive talent who can score in various ways and move the ball well.”

The shooting guard will make his MBC debut on September 4–5 at the tournament in Wloclawek, Poland.
