Show, music and church service - colorful program for the gymnastics festival

The International German Gymnastics Festival at the end of May in Leipzig will be accompanied by a colorful program for young and old. Three show stages will be set up on the market square, Augustusplatz and the festival meadow, according to the organizers. There will be live music, dance performances and aerobics. There will also be various opportunities to join in and try out sports such as judo or karate.

In the Wandelhalle of the New Town Hall, a flag exhibition will showcase flags from gymnastics and sports clubs, some of which are more than 100 years old. There will be an ecumenical church service with gymnastics elements in the Nikolaikirche. The gymnastics festival will be held from May 28 to June 1.
