Magdeburg's left winger Matthias Musche suffered what appears to be a serious foot injury in the Champions League. After a pass in his direction in the game against KC Veszprem, Musche went down after just under three minutes and held his right foot.
A little later, the native Magdeburg player returned to the court on crutches, his foot thickly bandaged. Musche has scored 58 goals in the twelve Champions League games so far and was SCM's top scorer. The exact diagnosis will follow in the next few days.
