The Syntainics MBC basketball team remains winless in its second road game of the season. The Weißenfels team lost to the Telekom Baskets Bonn 72–77 (35–40). Jeff Garrett Jr. (19), Joel Aminu (13), and John-Michael Wright (11). For the team from Saxony-Anhalt, only DeLonnie Hunt (21) and Kris Clyburn (12) scored in double digits. The visitors spent most of the first half trailing by a narrow margin. In the third quarter, Weißenfels briefly turned the game around, using a 14–4 run to turn their five-point halftime deficit into a 49–44 lead (24th minute). But then the Central Germans went nearly nine minutes without scoring on offense. With a 22–4 run, Bonn took a 66–53 lead by the 33rd minute and never relinquished it.
