Dynamo Dresden remain undefeated in their preparations. Even without coach Stamm on the sidelines, the Saxons defeated an Austrian first division promotion contender.

Promoted Dynamo Dresden also won their third test match at the training camp in Austria in preparation for the new season in the 2nd Bundesliga. After two wins against lower-ranked teams, coach Thomas Stamm's team defeated Austrian Bundesliga promotion contenders SV Oberbank Ried 3:1 (1:0).

In the game, which lasted two 60-minute periods, Aljaz Casar (60) gave Dresden the lead shortly before the end of the first half. Stamm had been sent to the stands 13 minutes earlier for criticizing a referee's decision too loudly and entering the pitch in the process.

Kammerknecht and an own goal make Dynamo's win perfect

After Jonas Meyer equalized in the 77th minute, it took until the 114th minute for Claudio Kammerknecht to score Dresden's second goal. An own goal from Fabian Rossdorfer one minute before the end of the game made the next success perfect.

The second division team travels back to Dresden on Sunday. A test match at Slavia Prague is scheduled for July 13, Dresden will play in the Volkswagen Cup a week later before the dress rehearsal at Bundesliga club SC Freiburg on July 25. Dresden will kick off the new season on August 3 at SpVgg Greuther Fürth.
