After missing out on promotion, the plans for the new season are becoming more concrete at third-division soccer club Dynamo Dresden. According to a report in "Bild", Dynamo are interested in signing goalkeeper Tim Schreiber, who reached the semi-finals of the DFB Cup with 1. FC Saarbrücken this season. The 22-year-old is currently only on loan from RB Leipzig and will return to Saxony during the summer break. In Dresden, Schreiber already played for the youth team SC Borea.
In the search for a new sporting director, the decision will be made in the next two weeks. According to the "Sächsische Zeitung", one candidate is Marcel Rozgonyi. According to the report, the 48-year-old is the favorite for the position and was technical director at Chemnitzer FC until the end of January 2023. Rozgonyi has experience in the Regionalliga in particular, having led SpVgg Bayreuth to promotion to the 3rd division from 2019 to 2022.
